MD 121: CORRADO MARIA DE SANTIS - RUINS 1

MD 121 | TAPE | 16.09.2022

CORRADO MARIA DE SANTIS

RUINS

After releasing “A Year Without Summer” in 2021 we continue our journey with italian guitarist Corrado Maria De Santis.

On “Ruins” you will find four epic tracks full of unleashed energy. Corrado creates noises, melodies, rhythms, soundscapes with a massive impulse. His soundcosmos isn´t restrained to a certain style and you can hear that in every section of the album.

“Ruins” is limited to 50 grey tapes with onbody prints, housed in thick and rough grey recycled o-cards. The cardboard has a nice structure, and every copy turned out a bit different, a bit unique.

CORRADO MARIA DE SANTIS ABOUT HIS WORK

Between past and present, humanity and its works, the ephemera of the living
city and its ruins. As a remnant of and a portal into the past, decay is a
concrete reminder of the passage of time.
