Dirk Serries + N aka Scatterwound just released their first ever studio album “SC01” on triple vinyl.
This release is one of the most elaborate releases we did so far. Pressed on 3x180g black vinyl, it also the heaviest release we did.
All in all, we are big friends of collaboration albums and this collaboration between two friends is something very special.

We already worked with Dirk and N on other collaboration albums. Let´s have a look back on some of them:

AIDAN BAKER / N / DIRK SERRIES “ENOMENI”
This is the most intimate collaboration, documenting a really important date in our lives.

THISQUIETARMY | DIRK SERRIES | TOM MALMENDIER “HELL”
This album was born out of a spontaneous idea. We did a show with Dirk and thisquietarmy, who was joined by Tom Malmendier on drums. After they played their sets, we asked them, if they were interested in doing a improvisational encore, well “Hell” was born.

HAVNES.JÄRMYR.SERRIES “DISTANT CURVING HORIZON. THE PRIMAL BROKEN PASSAGE. BENEATH THE SCORCHING SUN”
We did a lot of releases with Dirk Serries and Tomas Järmyr, but this one is the only collaboration we did with both musicians.

THISQUIETARMY X N “ZERFALL | ZERFALLEN”
That double album was recorded in the same studio like “SC01” by Scatterwound. Also a very unique explosion of dynamics.

AIDAN BAKER + N “DOPPELLIVE”
Last but not least, we want to focus on that double album called “Doppellive” (double live), documenting two duo sets by Aidan Baker and N.
And maybe this is also just the beginning of something special, something that will be continued in the studio…
