It is no secret: We love The Bungled & The Botched by Nadja, that got released by Consouling Sounds some years ago. That´s why we started this label with “Vomos”, a live split album by Nadja and N, featuring a more quiet version of “The Bungled & The Botched”. Now it´s time for a new episode.
On 21. February 2015 Nadja played the whole “The Bungled & The Botched” album at the Moving Noises Festival in the Christuskirche Bochum. It was a massive wall of noise with screeching guitar and simmering bass sounds, pushing the audience into the wooden pews. A set to remember.
After listening to the recording of that church show, Nadja decided to bring this document to life, as their first tape release (update: meanwhile the ultralimited “Tabernanthe” tape came out earlier). And finally we are very proud to celebrate this special tape release with you.
The tape comes in a clear white cardboard cover (300g) with handmade die-cut artwork. The package features a silver splatter clear tape, a mini gatefold inlay (350g) with coloured pictures of the show and a download code. The tape is limited to 121 copies and divided into two different editions that differ in the handnumbered die-cut inlays. Nadja are starting a tour next week and will have 30 copies with handnumbered die-cut birds (only available on tour) and we are selling 91 copies with die-cut handnumbered girls.
